We first went to Dr. Parker for a dental emergency second opinion. Dr. Parker made my husband feel comfortable and at ease. He gave us a great treatment plan at a fraction of the price of the chain dentist. Jorge and Carrie are wonderful as well. Our familys dental needs will be taken care of by this office for many years to come. So happy to have finally found a dental office that makes us all feel as comfortable as possible. I went to Dr. Parker for two years while I lived in Brandon. I was quite happy with the dental care I received. However, each time I went, the wait time was ridiculous. And now that I moved out of state, I have called at the very least, four times, asking for dental records. I finally gave up and left a message asking if someone could call me back with the date of my last x- rays, if nothing else! Have never received a response. Very unprofessional.

Dr Parkers office and staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly. I have never had a problem in scheduling our appointments at times that are convenient for our work schedule. We are always greeted and welcomed with a smile. George always goes out of his way to make our routine visits very fun. When we step into this office we are family. On my recent visit I found out that i had to get crown work done. Dr Parker got to work right away and made the process very comfortable. Thank you George and Dr Parker for the care that you give to your patients.

My wife and I have used Dr. Parkers office for approx. 10 years. Our hygienist, George, is very, very, good at his profession. He is nearly always on time with appointments and if he is not, you know that he was helping someone with an unexpected problem...just as you would want the same courtesy. Dr. Parker is extremely thorough and careful and sometimes this may push the time for your appointment a little off...once again, he gives excellent attention to your issue and the extra time is worth it.The office staff is courteous and knowledgeable with insurance issues and claims.

Dr. Parker and his staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Parker is honest and he cares about the health of your teeth, not selling you products/procedures you do not need. He often says, If it aint broke- dont fix it. 😉 George is the best dental hygienist Ive ever been to. He is exceptional! I highly recommend this dental office.

I have been going to Dr. Parkers office for years, and recommend it to anyone looking for a good family dentist.George Vargas, the dental hygienist is very good and he makes you feel comfortable during cleanings and checkups. The office staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.Although I have not lived in the Brandon area for several years, I feel that it is worth the drive to continue to come to this office for my dental care. You can trust that unnecessary procedures will not be performed under Dr. Parkers care.

I was in extreme pain one evening right at closing time, and I called in as an emergency and was taken right in. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, even though I was probably keeping them there late. Every person that I saw was very helpful and smiled big, which is nice to see at a dentist office. Dr. Parker came in very quickly after the assistant left and thoroughly explained what he needed to do, and ask if there was anything I needed before I had a tooth removed. I was explained normal feelings and discomfort for what I just had done and was told not to hesitate to call if I feel anything is not normal. I will continue to go to Dr. Parkers based off of this experience, and I appreciate very much the professionalism as well and how thorough and courteous each employee there was.

Dr Parker has been my dentist for over 10 years. I recently had a broken tooth and without an appointment he took care of me and fixed it. I’m satisfied with my crown and the price was reasonable. Like others said, George one of his hygienist is the best. Very friendly and sees me at my scheduled time, never makes me wait.

I had been looking for a good local dentist for months. The places that accept my insurance had horrible reviews. I finally decided to make my appointment at Dr. Parkers practice and Im very glad I did. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Dr. Mason is amazing, very skilled and super nice. I was explained everything every step of the way. Jen, the assistant was one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. My procedure, even though serious and time consuming went by with no pain. I recommend this place to everyone. Wonderful staff, Im still impressed how well I was treated there.

Ive had my dental cleaning canceled by them on 3 occasions. Each time they would schedule me a month out. This last time they called me the day before the appointment and stated they had something come up and will need to reschedule. I couldnt talk at the time because I was working. I called back at 5:40pm, the office closes at 6pm. They already had the after hours team answering the phone. The excuse was that they are short staffed. This used to be a great office. I do not recommend them!

Ive been going to Dr Parker for over 15 years and wont go anywhere else. Dr Parker never tells you that you need work done that isnt necessary. He has always been very honest.George, my hygienist is awesome. He is always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommended them. Mornings are the best time to go before they get really busy. If you do have to wait, it is worth it.

Dr. Parker does a great job if you can deal with waiting for an hour or MORE every single time you make an appointment. Be prepared to spend an entire morning or afternoon here because he double and triple books every appointment. It’s a shame he has no consideration for his patients time because he does a good job once you’re finally seen. Just today, I saw three people walk out after sitting in the waiting room for almost two hours without being seen.

My brother referred me to Dr. Parker and Ive been going for over 3 years now. No issues so far. Dr. Parker knows his stuff and has been willing to explain to me anything that I ask thoroughly. Like other posts, the hygienist George is awesome and I hope he never leaves this office. I never had a need to chat it up with the office staff so I cant really comment on them. Ive experienced both short and long wait times. Ive had routine cleanings and crown done here. I wish financing could be available as some dental work can be expensive.

I have been to Dr. Parkers office twice now. I will be returning for my next cleaning. The staff is very friendly and honest. No drilling for dollars. I have experienced dentists in the past that were not honest. Ask for George, my hygienist, I felt very comfortable with him and he did a great job.

Dr Parker has been my dentist for 6 years now. His office has always been there for me when I need them. He will see you the same day if you have an emergency! I had problems with my wisdom teeth and was thankful that Dr Parker could remove them for me. I was actually very nervous as I have never needed to have a tooth pulled. I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing through the whole procedure! Not to mention he saved me a ton of money as I didn’t have to go to an oral surgeon!

Ive being going to Dr. Parker for over 15 years. Great dentist and and wonderful person. Now though I have to find a new dentist. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. I arrived at 8:50, signed in and waited. At 10:40 I had enough. After seeing 3 people who arrived after me be already called in I got up and asked for the office manager. All she would say is theyre a little backed up. I thought getting an early appointment was so that I could avoid them being backed up. If this was the only time this has happened then I wouldnt be so upset. Unfortunately this appears to be the rule for this office and not the exception. Very sad.

Ive been with Dr Parkers office for close to 10 years now, that should tell you something right there!!. Dr Parker has been great to me and never had any problems. My favorite is George (my hygienist) he is super AWESOME and does an outstanding job on my teeth. Ask for him he is the best!!

Will not be going back to this office I had the same experience as someone else that wrote a review. I had a 9 o’clock appointment to see Dr. Parker and almost two hours later he came in. There were others that came in after me that were seen before me. I really don’t know what that was all about, but it is very unprofessional and it left me with a bad feeling. The assistant kept apologizing for the delay, promising that it was going to be soon, but it didn’t happen. Dr Parker never apologized but came in and gave a “canned introduction” with a handshake instead. It was like a script that I heard him repeat several times while I waited. . And ironically, his explanation of the necessity for a deep cleaning was repeated exactly the same to a couple of patients. These cleanings amount to $600 spread over 2 visits. That’s your portion.... your “good insurance” will be billed for the remainder. Beware

I have been going to Dr. Parkers office for a few years now and it is always a good experience. My hygienist, George, is awesome and my wait time is usually minimal. I recommend this office to my friends and family and Im glad they are in my plan. Thank you to Dr Parker and all his staff (who are always friendly and kind).

Wonderful dentist, Dr Parker is on top of his game, he saved me from having to get a root canal when other dentists insisted that I needed one, staff is wonderful, greeted professionally, handled with care, always checking to make sure your ok. I’ve recommended this office to my family and friends. Not to mention pricing is very reasonable. I would like to thank each and everyone of you on the lovely experience I received, see you in November.

I always look forward to going for my 6 month check up with Dr Parker. He is efficient and will never tell me to fix something thats not broken. His staff, especially Mark and George, are amazing. They always make me laugh and remember who I am when I walk in no matter all the patients that go in and out. Best Appointments are 8am or 2pm so I can get in and out! Highly recommended.

I just had the most amazing dental visit! The service was excellent, the waiting room and procedure rooms were pristine, the staff was super friendly, the dentist was incredibly talented, and the list goes on and on. You definitely leave feeling like an appreciated and valued patient. I highly recommend Dr. Parker and his staff!

Yes,the first time I went there I had to wait for a long time and they had explained why.Dr. Parker was nice and friendly. More importantly he is the best dentist I have had so far. My last dentist put a crown for me with really bad margins.Dr. Parker replaced it superbly.Yes,the staff seem to have fun while workinf and I like that because I would not want to go to a doctors office where the staff hate being there. Some people just feel being privileged and when they are not treated as such they get nasty. I am sure Dr. Parker would not want their business either.

Past experience doctor Parker caused me pain and discomfort tapping on my teeth with a hard metal dental tool then he gauged my gums. He gauged the top teeth he pushed the gum gauging tool into my gum line deep felt a pop and then blood in my mouth.This guy is no good caused me pain and the fear of going to or trusting any other dentis.He said I also had to get a deep cleanings and I also had 9 cavities at the time. After the appointment I left in terrible pain from him gauged my top teath very aggressively. I made an appointment at another local dentist in complete fear.I went to the new dentist they did xrays and exam xrays looked good, no cavities and a badly bruised upper gumline still two weeks after the first apt with Dr. Parker. They gauged my gums gently said I have all 1s and 2s and one 3 otherwise my gums were perfect no gum issues. I dont recommend this place.

I highly recommend Dr. Parker and his staff. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years. The office is clean and the staff are very professional. I really like the fact that Dr. Parker will try the least invasive and least expensive procedures first if possible. For example, I have had 2 very old fillings come out and he was able to refill them instead of making me get crowns.

David Parker is an awesome dentist. He is straight forward, helpful and honest. I wouldnt see anyone else. His staff is great, and always friendly. George always does a great job, and make me feel comfortable and relaxed while Im there. Thanks George, see you in 6 months!

I came to Dr. Parkers office to get a second opinion after another dentist office told me I had 8 cavities after using some wand that allegedly detects cavities. I was getting regular cleanings so I found it hard to believe I suddenly developed 8 cavities. Dr. Parker performed an examination and found no cavities! I have been going to Dr.Parker ever since. That was 10 years ago and I still have no cavities. My dental hygienist George is the absolute best!! He is extremely friendly and gentle. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Parker’s office is GREAT! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Dentist, the staff is awesome, especially Donna who was very kind and understanding about my concerns and very knowledgeable about my procedure I was having done. My boyfriend and I have both had very good experiences at Dr. Parkers office. We have never had to wait to see the doctor more than a few minutes. The staff were very helpful in educating us in the proper dental care, they also explained the procedures, treatments and cost before anything was ever done. We really like Dr. Parker office.

Had a couple of visits to this office. Dental staff was welcoming and inviting, Dr Parker was also kind. my issue was with billing and scheduling. paid what I was told at the time of having work done and thought the cost was reasonable which was one main reason for coming here. then received a bill a few weeks later for almost 300$. Tried to reschedule an appointment and was put on hold on 2 occasions for long periods of time so I hang up and call back, on the 3rd call I told the receptionist that this is my 3rd time calling to reschedule, she got attitude with me and said well you keep hanging up, ya I hang up because you are taking to long I will just call back. still had attitude with me like its my fault. I said just cancel my appointment and I will find another office for my dental. For the Dental staff my name is Shane Peck. Dont be rude to a patient that just needs to reschedule just be apologetic and you would not have lost my business.

I have been going to Dr. Parker for over three years and have been extremely satisfied with the professionalism of his staff. George is exceptional. Emergencies are handles as needed and every effort is made to provide excellent care. I would highly recommend Dr. Parker for all dental needs.

Best family friendly dentist office around. We are a family of five with three children ages 13, 10, and 6 and Dr. Parker’s office has always been so welcoming and accommodating to all of us. It is a tremendous relief to know that we do not have to split our children up with different dentist aside from our own. Everyone in this office greets you with a big smile. The dental hygienists in this office are by far the most professional and knowledgeable team I have ever visited. My wife and I have had the pleasure of being seen by George Vargas, who has always done a superb job with both of us. I feel like I’ve known him my whole life the way he is always so welcoming and concerned for my wellbeing. Dr Parker is also a true professional. My wife recently had to have unexpected crown work done, which she was able to be seen immediately, and he made the process very smooth and painless. Words can’t express how truly grateful I am for the staff and extended family members in this office. Thank you for everything that you do.

My husband and I have been patients for almost 15 years and have loved Dr. Parker and his staff. However, due to new policies and office procedures, we encountered the worst experience in 15 years and have serious reservations about going back unless changes are made. I contacted the office to voice my concerns and never even received a response. Somewhat surprising since we had been patients so long... Still really like Dr. Parker and his staff, but the new procedures and policies are horrendous!

Everyone at Dr. Parkers office is very pleasant (especially Dr. Parker). I have had no issue with the wait time during my two visits (both times I was in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes) They made sure I was comfortable during my root canal; offering fair prices and professional service with a smile. Been coming here for several years. Janice, the Dental Hygienist does an excellent job and patiently explains what shes doing as she works on you. When she cleans, ITS NOT A 15 MINUTE RUSH JOB! Good services. Dr. Parker is friendly, will listen, and wont rush patients. After reading the complaints here, people need to understand something. Theyre not overbooking. Problem, is that lately there have been patients with some SERIOUS dental problems that wind up requiring more work than normal, which consumes more time. As a result, the waiting time for service can easily back up. Of course they do make mistakes, and will own up to them. Patients are not being held up on purpose. Maybe its just my perception, but it seems that many people today that are from the Generation-X and Millennial age groups have the I want service and want it now because I shouldnt have to wait long attitude. That, unfortunately, has become quite common in todays instant gratification society. For now, Ill continue coming here.

I always have a great experience when I go for my cleaning at Dr. Parkers office. Dr.parker is honest, does not try to sell me anything and he definitely does not tell me I need work done just to make a buck like other chain dental offices Ive been to. I really enjoy seeing my dental hygienist George. He is very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend this dental office to friends or family.

I used to see Dr. Parker all the time when I was a child. Ive since moved to Lakeland and my dental care has been severely impacted over the last few years. Dr. Parker as always been able to get me in for dental emergencies. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will say he is over booked now days, but nothing beats a great dentist that knows what hes doing.

These review are correct.....the staff is horrid. They never have greeted us when we come in and sign in. They shove paperwork your way and dont say one word to you. Terribly rude....how hard is it to say hello to someone?? We waited four hours the first appointment, and two hours the second appointment. Both were early in the morning when they should not be behind yet. Dr. Parker and his dental assistants are fabulous though!! The lady doing the cleanings was super nice and informative. If you can deal with the overly rude staff in the front part, and long waits, then the rest of the visit is great!! Five stars for Dr. Parker, one star for the front office staff.

Im not one to write reviews, but I had the best experience at Dr. Parkers office, that I felt it was necessary to share my story. Im not an easy patient to work on because Ive had a knee replacement, hip surgery and a bypass which makes me at high risk for infections/complications, but Dr. Parker knew exactly how to take care of me so that problem didnt arise. I dreaded going to the dentist so much that I convinced myself that having another quadruple bypass would be easier. The day of my appointment I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Parker and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease nor did I have any pain during or after the visit. He made my temporary crown even better then my original one and the root canal was painless. Thank you so much.

I just returned to this office recently and the front office staff was very nice. My appointment was originally at 10am and they called me that morning .to reschedule it for 11am which was OK with me that day. The wait for service can sometimes be long which it always has in the past but today it wasnt bad at all.Yes I had to adjust my schedule because the office was behind however as for me someone wwho had and still working in customer for 30 years in management,Im also a business owner etc I know the importance of customer service and just how if you make your customer feel that their time is valuable remembereing they are paying then it ease up.the pain of any inconvenience.I told the staff Shawn that I appreciated the smiles, the making sure they update me even when running behind and most of all the smiles.

Dr. Parker is amazing. He has always been helpful, trustworthy, and will squeeze me into an appointment the same week. There may be a wait, at times, but hes honest and will not recommend anything you dont need. His prices are very affordable especially if you dont have insurance. I would highly recommend Dr Parker if you live in the Brandon or surrounding areas.

I went to Dr. Parker on a second opinion because another dentist recommended a deep cleaning. He explained that I dont have any tartar, bone loss or tissue loss. He took additional x-rays when I was having trouble getting them transferred from the other dentist. He cleaned my teeth and scheduled to see me again for another cleaning in 6 months. No deep cleaning necessary! Thanks Dr. Parker and staff for your honesty.

The wait time was a little excruciating but well well worth it. The entire staff was incredibly nice (especially for being slammed) and once I was In the chair I understood why the wait. I had two broken teeth, that other offices said could only be done surgically. Dr. Parkers office pulled both of them with no cutting of my gum, for less than the price of one compared to the 3 other brandon offices i checked. Thank you so much to all of the staff!!!

Dr. Parker is AMAZING!!! But I have been coming to this office for quite some time and the wait time to be seen has progressively gotten worse. At my most recent visit I waited 2.5 hours before I was seen for a simple documentation signature for my military paperwork. Highly disappointed and yet not surprised. On to find a new Dentist, a longer drive across town is worth it. Believe me!

During my first visit, the hygienist and x-ray tech were quick, courteous and personable. The dentist took time to hear out my complaints and considerations with productive feed-back. I just finished my second visit and had the same hygienist, George, who was great. I would highly recommend this office.

I wanted to leave a review not only to thank Dr. Parker for caring and doing an amazing job on my teeth, but to share it with you all so you know this dentist is the best.When it comes to going to a dentist I usually hold off until it gets bad because I’m scared to go to a dentist in the first place. I made an appointment to see Dr. Parkers and found one tooth was chipped and another-one needed a root canal.As he began to numb my mouth, he said it might hurt just a little and I thought to myself, this is going to hurt a lot. A few seconds later he said it was done and I know I looked at him funny, because I didn’t even know he gave me a shot. After everything was done he told me that I would probably have a little pain when the numbing meds wore off, because the root canal was pretty bad. I kept waiting for the pain, but no pain ever came, it did not hurt at all never and I even came home and ate dinner.Dr Parker and his assistant Scott did an amazing job on both my teeth and they even had me laughing a few times, which made me feel comfortable . Dr Parker is a great dentist who cares about his patients and I truly appreciate the good care and great experience I had. Thank you so very much for doing a great job. I just left this office to rush home and write this. Where do I start...I arrived at the office and there was no parking available. They have a very small parking lot that accommodates maybe 10 cars total... I had to drive to a side street behind the office and park there, and hope that it wasnt a tow-away zone. Since a lot of people have complaints about their wait time, I thought I would outline the exact timing of my time there and let you be the judge:11:58 - signed in for my 12:00 appointment12:56 - got called to a room (so approximately a 1 hour wait in the waiting room)1:04 - had x-rays done which took about 2 minutes total2:02 - finally saw Dr Parker (an additional 1 hour wait in the chair)2:08 - Dr finished and left the room2:20 - Assistant came in to finalize appointment and I leftThat was about 2.5 hours of my time at that office for approximately 8 minutes total of service. Everything youve read in the past reviews are TRUE - the front desk staff is not friendly. I walked up to sign in and not a word was said to me. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the assistant was very nice and took her time with me, which I appreciated. Other than that, I see no reason for me to visit this office again. I understand they are a busy office and most doctors offices have waits, even with appointments... but they have a serious problem with overbooking their patients. A 2+ hour wait is just ridiculous.

Such a good experience and very good customer service. Just started going to dentist and doctors appointments without my mother, and they were very helpful and kind and made me feel so comfortable!!

Dr. Parker has been my family dentist for the past 9 years. Despite all negative comments I have read, I can only say, Doctor Parker is most professional, he is REALLY good at what he does and he knows it. The staff, well, outstanding, I dont expect less than that. I have no complaint, as I keep coming for more.

My family has been with Dr Parker since 1996 , and he’s always been very diligent about caring for my family’s teeth. Both my husband and daughter suffer from soft tooth disorder problems and needed someone who was familiar with the issues they face.His recommendations have been spot on to prevent further problems for them.My daughter had issues with coloration of crowns and he sent her to the lab for custom coloring of the crown so the crown would match her natural teeth perfectly. I was extremely impressed that he arranged that service at no extra charge for her.Dr Parker will not recommend unneeded or unnecessary procedures, as he keeps the patient’s best interests in mind. He has always gone above and beyond for us.He is very caring about patient comfort and does a great job of providing relatively pain-free dentistry procedures. nd accepts emergency cases, stays longer than regular work hours to ensure those who need emergency service are seen.I would highly recommend Dr Parker’s office as a superb dentist in Brandon.

We tried this dentist for my 6 year old daughter. She told me she LOVED it and they are her favorite! We have been to 3 different dentists in the last 3 years and this office is by far the best. They were also the most affordable. We went in the afternoon and did not have to wait long at all. My daughter said the hygienist and dentist were both really nice. I thought they were nice too and they allowed me to sit in the room with her! Her last dentist would not allow this. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be going back!

We have been going here for several years, I liked that they didn’t try to up sell. Just basic care. In Feb 2021 my daughter went for her a cleaning and had a brown spot on her front tooth. Dr Parker was rude and dismissive to my daughter when she asked about it, even said he didn’t have time for this and left the room. She received a poor cleaning and came out with the assistant that said it was a chip and couldn’t be fixed, to not worry about it! I immediately made an appointment with another dentist. It was not a chip, it was a large cavity along with 2 other front teeth, she has had 3 root canals and 4 crowns, plus there were 3 other cavities on the molars with one of them needing a root canal and they said she was fine! I am very angry and worried what all is wrong with my teeth.

Dr. Parker is an exceptional dentist and kind person. His expertise and knowledge along with his gentleness really puts you at ease in his chair. Even my son, who has long avoided the dentist bc of some bad experiences has found his new favorite person in Dr. Parker! I find Dr. Parker to be above and beyond others in his field, a true rarity in the way he makes you feel comfortable and addresses your concerns, and a man of high & honorable morals. I would highly recommend Dr. Parker!!

On my first visit the wait was very long, more than two hours without a reason or excuse for the staff or doctor. I was pretty sure I wouldnt be back but I am glad I did go back. I made my next appointment early and had little to no wait. My crown was put on and was a perfect fit. The doctors bedside manner was wonderful, a very nice man. I would recommend this office but would advise for a early apt time.

I have been going to this office for at least 8 years. The reason I stay, even though I live further away, is because of how honest Dr. Parker is and how efficient my hygienist, George, is. I have a porcelain crown that had a small piece come off of it. I went in and Dr. Parker told me that he could fix it, but it wasnt necessary. It would be a cosmetic fix. He was right. Its in a place no one will ever see, but I assumed I had to have the small piece. Dr. Parker could have told me I needed fixed and, I wouldnt have known any better.George is great. He always runs on time and does such a great job keeping my teeth healthy. I got to see George and Dr. Parker, with x-rays, in one hour on my last visit.

I want to thank Dr. Parker and his staff for taking care of my dental needs. I needed numerous crowns and by far he was the most cost effective office in the area. Dr. Parker did a fantastic job and I couldnt even feel the needle when he was giving me the injection. Thank you Dr. Parker!!

WORST office to go to. The staff is rude and bad mouths patients. An easy 2 hour wait before youre called back into a room. No apology for the inconvenience, no greeting when you sign in, just an unhappy person who cant manage a smile sitting there. I have to call multiple times to get through, they will keep me on hold 15+ minutes without checking back. Unbelievable so many people still go there.Really sucks because Dr. Parker is super nice.

Im only giving 4 stars because this is a DENTISTMe and my whole family go here and we have no problems the staff is professional and Dr. Parker is very professional and nice.However you need to understand this office is very busy and sometimes gets backed up, just be patient (get it patient!!!) and they will get to you as soon as possible.you also need to understand this is not a huge conglomerate of dental offices, this is one dentist and his own office. with that being said i prefer it this way, as we dont get gouged by excessive and unneeded charges from places like Coast Dental or Dental Health Group.My children used to go to Coast Dental and where told that they needed 1000 bucks worth of dental care between them, we were being charged for items we didnt need and the even refused to give us our x-rays until i threatened them with a lawyer. We then took our children to Dr. Parker for a second opinion and he informed us that each child had a small cavity on a baby tooth that would fall out soon, so dont even bother with it. our cost 10 bucks.Dr. Parker also did my root canal and crown and i feel they were done very good and very reasonable.please ignore the previous review as it is simply not fair, how can you get mad for having to wait at a Drs office. Dont you always have to wait.

Surely a patients time must be worth something! An afternoon of waiting should not be the norm. I would rather be told i cant make an appointment right away than be scheduled a week out for a cleaning and wait for hours. Especially during this time of social distancing and wearing of masks. What finally made me leave after 1 hour and 47 minutes of waiting, ( and 3 more people ahead of me ) ; A lady with a later appointment, was called back before the earlier appointments because she has a friend by the name of Mark that works there. Ill find another dentist as the office management here has unreasonable expectations of there patients time.

I was referred to Dr Parker for my dental work. I had one small filling done. He said its still good did not need to be pulled. I would like to see him again as my dentist going forward. My husband too.

I have been going to this dentist for a few years. My first visits were amazing. They treated me so nice and were affordable for self pay. Over the years they have gotten progressively worse. They have almost tripled their prices, staff is rude and inconsiderate. I was there for an emergency visit for tooth pain and the tech was looking at me confused when I said ouch. Last time I went for a root canal I sat in the chair for 5 hours and the anesthetic wore off. I loved this dentist but I will never go back.

My husband contacted Dr. Parkers office because they were one of the few general dentists who did root canals on molars (we learned you usually have to go to a specialist for this type of thing) and our regular dentist wouldnt do a root canal on a molar. He was told this was required before a needed crown could be performed. After Dr. Parkers initial exam it was determined that the root canal wasnt even necessary! My husband went on to have Dr. Parker perform the crown. He was so impressed with Dr. Parker, his staff and his office that he has made the decision to transfer his files to Dr. Parker. With such a glowing outcome I may just be moving my dental business to Dr. Parker as well.

This dentist has no respect for his patients. had two appointments with Dr Parker and the wait was over two hours both times. The front desk will not let you know the legit of the wait. Just told me that patients have to wait for good doctors. Will fool you with an empty waiting room since he has around ten rooms inside with patients waiting. The greeting will always be Sorry for the long wait but will never do anything to fix it. His dental skills do not make it worth the wait. Will never step in this dentist office again!

Dr. Parker is a good doctor. But his office management has no clue. Not a single time they were on time with appointment. They overbook a lot. It is very common that you have to wait for an hour or more.And all they say - there are people ahead of you. No apology, like this is normal.So when you make appointments, make sure you account for extra delays.

THEY DOUBLE BOOK ALL THE TIME. VERY bad business manner. A quick 15 procedure usually done for a long 2-3 hours. Waste of time! Some new patients left after waiting for 20 minutes, This place is the most horrible dentist Ive ever been to. Do Not Ever come to this place. Consider it as a warning. Call your insurance company to black list this place. They just want your money that doesnt worth your time at all. I was a new patient and now they are my history!

Dr Parker and his staff are amazing. My son Nathaniel had some issues with his mouth Dr Parker did an amazing job. Very friendly, Got him in quickly . I am very pleased with everyone their.

Ive been going to Dr. Parkers office for a few years now and Im very please with the work his office staff provides. My hygenist George is great and makes me feel very comfortable. When I needed new dentures they made them perfect for me. I recommend his office highly and the ladies in the front office are very friendly and they make you feel welcome.

I went to Dr. Parker yesterday (as a new patient) to have a lower molar extracted. After a couple of bad experiences elsewhere, I have to say that Dr. Parker and his staff went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. Although the wait was a bit long, they got me right in and it was worth it in the end- the hygienist who gave the injections did a fabulous job- virtually painless. Dr. Parker came in and said this could be a difficult extraction but had my tooth out in less than 30 seconds- I was shocked to say the least! AND, I have had NO pain and NO swelling with the recovery- I went back to work as usual. I will DEFINITELY be going back and referring my friends there as well! :)

Dr. Parker and his staff is 5-stars! For years, I have feared the pain of just the simple routine cleaning. George, my hygienist is excellent. They even have later hours than most offices so I dont have to take time off work for the appointment either.

Dr. Parker is great! I like seeing him because he doesnt try to sell me on dentistry. I enjoy seeing George, the hygienist. I never feel rushed and they do a great job. I will always see Dr. Parker for my dental needs!

So far I have only needed cleanings but I can say Dr. Parkers staff has been very thorough and polite. The office is always busy which tells me that they do a great job. I have already recommended his office to some of my co-workers.

Weve been seeing Dr. Parker for almost a decade. Hes an exceptional Dentist with a staff which is best in class when it comes to service. George Vargas is one of the top dental hygienist in the business and Tracy in the front office is simply the kindest with a friendly personality.

Full set of dentures are trash and my insurance paid 4k dollars for! Hardly ever seen the dentist almost everything was done by unqualified dental assistants!! The assistants all whisper in Spanish and act like they are making fun of you!! The dentist is a very young smarta$$ I only can get a set of dentures once every 5 years with my Medicare supplement insurance!! I cannot where them at all they do not line up! I have been humiliated by the office staff and Im so 😡 upset they were treating me awful when I first came there and now I have dentures I cannot wear! Im calling care plus today to see if I can have them redone by another dentist but probably not! This office is awful and Ill dare you complain is their attitude!!

I have been seeing Dr. Parker for 18 years now. After taking my son in for a root canal my parents switched to Dr. Parker, his office and staff are great. Especially is dental assistant Mark and Dr. Mason. My family will continue to see them as long as they can.

Myself and my entire family have been patients of Dr. Parker for years. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST! Many corporate dentist locations will attempt to sell you unnecessary services and products. You wont find that here! I highly recommend Dr. Parker!

Dr. Parkers office makes you feel like family. Right when you enter they have you smiling. I often am seen by George the hygienist and like the others, he greets you with a smile and makes you feel at home during your checkup. Dr. Parker himself is great, comes in and is very friendly and treats you with care.

The majority of the staff is wonderful! Ive been taking my kids for years & just went myself for the first time today. My appointment was at 11. I had to have a consult & a couple of fillings done. Long story short, I was there for 4 hours! That was a bit exasperating & irritating. When the doctor finally got in there, though, he was GREAT, everyone I dealt with was fantastic. The only other thing that was troubling to me was the professionalism of one of the members of the administrative staff. My room was right next to the front desk & I could hear everything going on there. At one point, I heard her talking to what sounded like it couldve been a concerned parent on the phone, making an appointment for herself & her child. When the employee hung up the phone, she openly & loudly mocked the patients concerns. I also heard her speaking to a fellow employee, cursing profusely. I mean, it doesnt bother me but I thought it was extremely unprofessional & I know if I heard her, she could be heard in the waiting room.All in all, I will go back because I really love the rest of the staff... Ill just book the first appointment on of the day next time

Outstanding dentist, fantastic staff! I have been a patient here for at least 10 years and would hope to never have to go to anyone else. My hygienist George is not only great, but someone that I would call a friend. I am never at the office longer than 45 minutes. This review is not directed at Dr. Parker, but rather two members of his staff. My 6th month cleaning turned into an intentional bath of what ever they use to polish your teeth. Hair, face, eyes, etc... And of course there was the knocking what ever the tool is they use up against my other teeth in the process. The original man that was suppose to do it told me hed be back in 30 seconds, and of course, never to be seen again! I was told they were busy. Well, if they are too busy for their patients than I have decided to take my business elsewhere so they wont be so busy. And to the girl who polished my teeth (Im sure you know who you are), I will pray you have patients for your next patient, and you dont hurt others like you did me.

My family and I love Dr. Parker and his staff! They are extremely patient and understanding. They offer healthy, affordable solutions and results that best fit your dental needs.

I have never liked to go to the dentist until now!! My procedure was pain free, Dr. Parker truly cares about the work he does and he cares about his patients. I wish I would have found him sooner.

Been going to Dr. Parker for the last 10 years, his motto? If it’s not broken don’t fix it. Had a seriously cracked tooth about 8 years ago (molar split down the middle), Dr. Parker said I might need a root canal once he started working on it. Long story short, just required a crown, no root canal required. If you do not need it, Dr. Parker will not recommend it. I also recommend George as a hygienist, I’m sure the others are great (have not used them) but George is as professional as they come.

This was the most frustrating dental visit that I have ever experienced. They overbook their schedule, fill the rooms, while the Dr. makes his rounds. The wait was over 2 hours in the lobby and an additional 1 hour in the chair before service. They took a full mouth x-ray and failed to notify me that my insurance wouldnt cover the cost, so I acquired a 71 dollar charge. That within itself is a sign of deceptive practices. I also received conflicting information from Dr Parker and his hygienist concerning a recommended deep cleaning (Thy tried to charge over 300 dollars out of pocket after insurance). The hygienist advised my that I didnt need a deep cleaning after Dr Parker suggested. Guys get on the same page! People dont waist your time with this office!

Dr Parker is GREAT! I love going to see him as he always makes me laugh. I dont ever mind waiting to see him as I know best times for appointments are first thing in the morning before it gets super busy! Great service by him!

The doctor is phenomenal. Unfortunately the office manager is rude and thinks she can talk to people any kind of way. Shes personally been rude to me in the past. But I let it go but then she turns right around and was rude to a potential patient. She will pretend that it is you that is being obnoxious. She is a gaslighter and very good twisting words. When I called up there to speak to her she had the audacity to hang up. She will accuse you of yelling even though she is the one who pitches her voice High . The doctor is great but let me suggest that people go someplace else because of his front-office people. Until he changes who presents in the front hes going to continue to lose money.

This dentist lost our business because of his staff. We have never met with the doctor so perhaps hes the best dentist in town, but the experience we had with the front desk staff was enough for us to figure out that its not worth our time or money. When calling to set up an appointment, there were numerous times when I was hung up on or put on hold for more than five minutes. When I was able to get through and ask for an appointment, it seemed like I was bothering them and whoever I spoke to had so little interest in helping me. When my husband went in for an appointment, he waited an hour and a half, and just ended up leaving because there was still another person in front of him who was also waiting. No one said anything about the doctor being behind or even gave any apologies or offered to reschedule when my husband told them he was leaving. We would rather try our chances elsewhere rather than go through all that again.

Dr. Parker is very friendly! Ive never had a problem with Dr. Parker or his staff. My dental hygienist George is great! Hes funny and does a great job!

This was actually my first real dentist. I was really worried about the whole cleaning process since I needed a deep clean in my case, but so far I love my hygienist, George. He has a good sense of humor and I havent felt any pain during my visits. So far I am loving this place and have had a great experience.P.S. Geroge is super funny!!

Went here today for a root canal and had a really good experience. Doctor Parker and the nurse I had were nice and patient, and seemed incredibly experienced at what they were doing. Overall, Im glad I chose this dental office.

This has been my dental office for 20+ years. Dr. Parker is tops and as one would suspect, so is the entire staff. I regard this office as family and appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail and, simply, all that they do. Thank you Doctor Dave and Staff!!!

Great dentist ... used him for a few years even though wait times in the waiting room and once called back to an exam room were ridiculous. Usually an hour or more for each. However, today was the last straw. Arrived at 9:50 for 10:00AM simple cleaning appointment. Called back to exam room at 10:50 only because 2 separate people with 9:30 appointments got fed up and left at 10:30. At 11:10, an assistant enters my room and tells me the dental hygienist is not available until 11:45 and wants me to return to the waiting room. Being a veteran of this office, I know that really means 12:30 at the earliest ... probabaly more like 1:00 before I even get called back to an exam room again ... 3 hours after my initial appointment time for a simple cleaning. I got up and left ... never to return. This office is run like a circus by a bunch of clowns. No respect for patients or their time. I highly recommend you look elsewhere unless you have an entire day to waste sitting around. Also, good luck with getting your records when youve finally had enough of this nightmare. Supposedly, they are not digital and they want you to pay for a hard copy ... welcome to the 1980s.

Dr. Parker is a wonderful dentist. My teeth look and feel great and you cant even tell hes giving you a shot. The manager is very friendly and helpful. This is the IT place for dentistry.

Needed a dentist close to where I live. Walked in 25min early to fill out paperwork. Front office was small and dirty. Staff was elusive to patients. After waiting 45minutes past my appointment, I was taken to the dental room to wait some more :(. Got a chance to look around the room! Well, I “ran” out because: equipment looked old and dirty Yuck 🤢 the floor boards and floor full of dust and dirt. Plus waited for one hour and fifteen minutes past my appointment! Yes 1.15hrs. If this is how they handle their patients, I sure didn’t want to be one! Sorry but I don’t recommend this office!

My husband was a pt for the first time in this clinic, recommended by his primary dentist for a crown, he went for his appointment few minutes earlier than his appointment time hoping he’ll be out sooner, but low and behold 2 hrs later the only thing that was done was X-ray, they let him sat there all these time that nobody cared till finally he approached the CS, then they told him all the reasons why?my husband walk out of that clinic without having the procedure done. What happened to the customer service here. Why do we make an appointment if they let you wait as long? But if you are late for 15 min they have to reschedule you. Any wonder why people don’t want to see doctors unless they are dying!!!Think again ...or care enough to inform pts why ...just a few seconds .. that will make a difference.....

George is the best cleaner in the world! Very short wait for cleaning appointment. If it aint broke, dont fix it is Dr. Parkers favorite line. He does not put you through procedures you do not need. Great place.

My husband and I both appreciate the great Dental treatment we received . My husband had teeth pulled & a upper denture made . The teeth looked so natural . My husband is a scary d cat. He felt nothing and no prob. . I had 2 root canals and a bridge done . Didnt feel anything especially the shots . I had to wait some , but I brought my iPad , read & painted . Was actually relaxing . !!!!

Scheduled an appointment, I showed up 20 mins early, because normally I know you have to wait until its your turn. So why not be early. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello. Needed 2 fillings on a couple of cavities and a cleaning. After about an hour and half, I was out the door. Smooth and enjoyable experience all the way through, I woulddefinitely recommend this place to a friend.

Awful experience, had to sit in his waiting room for over two hours past the time of my appointment, had some work done, two weeks later had to call and make another appointment due to poor work and was in a lot of pain, they could not schedule me in for another two weeks even though I was in really bad pain. Once I got there it was infected and I had to first be put on antibiotics before they could work on this. Then when they finally fixed it, it still is not right and I am having to go to another dentist to have all of the work redone. I would not recommend.

I think Dr.Parker is a great dentist, he has taken care of my mom and we have appreciated everything he has done . We dont mind the wait because we know when he steps into our room he is giving his undivided attention to her. Thank you for all you do.

The staff was great and able to get me in same day to fix my tooth. They put my mind at ease and made sure I was happy. Loved how everyone worked together.

Brought both of my children for their first visit to this office. Front desk lady was rude and didn’t even acknowledge us. After waiting an hour past our first appt time one of my children finally got called back. 45 mins later my second got called back. First child had his X-rays and teeth cleaned. Second started X-rays when the asst was called out to help in another room. 45 mins later she came back to finish and clean his teeth. Her name was Angie and she was nice and apologized a bunch. She left and said the dr would be coming in. Needless to say after 3.5 hours we walked out and never seen a dr. I cancelled my appt for next week and will never return. Horrible customer service (besides Angie) I feel bad for her. Don’t waste your time find somewhere else to go!

This is the best dentist Ive ever been to ! They are all very friendly and helpful !! They care about you and make sure that they take their 100% time and effort on you . I want to thank Doctor Parker and the best assistant Mark for always caring and doing their best on my teeth ! I recommend this dentist . Reasonable prices and best service ! I took my son in to see Dr. Parker and while other dentists tried to add stuff that wasnt required Dr. Parker was very honest and told us exactly what needed to be done. He is military friendly and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Ive been coming here for a long time, and I love it. George is the best. Ive been seeing him for years! Its ways fun coming in for a cleaning which alot of people probavly fear. We always talk fantasy football, golf, and about my job at Lowes. Dr. Parker is great as well. Theyve made me a loyal customer!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Parker for being so HONEST and saving me a lot of money. I went to one of those corporate offices and was told I had gum disease and needed some expensive treatment coasting $600.00 swell as needing 4 crowns that they said my insurance didnt covered they would be $955.00 a piece!I was pretty sure I wasnt being dealt with honesty so I changed to Dr. Parker. Sure enough he told me my gums were fine and I only needed 1 crown and my insurance would help and the crown would only coast me $553 out of pocket!! He did the crown and it is great. I really appreciate his integrity. He cares more about doing the right thing instead of the dollar signs

Best dentist ever! Highly recommended by co-worker. I needed 10% of the work done that was recommended by Bright Now Dental. Dont go to a chain, use a real dentist like this one. The entire staff was exceptional.

Belinda, the office manager, helped resolve a fee dispute that has been going on for 6 months. She was professional, efficient, diligent, and pleasant to work with. She worked with the insurance company as well as me, the patient. Due to this resolution, we will continue to use this office.

I went to Dr. Parker’s office for an exam and x-rays. I waited for a bit but when he saw me and did his examination, he told me I didn’t need a lot of treatment that another office previously told me I needed. In fact, it was less than half the cost so I appreciate his honest approach and integrity.

I went to Dr Parker for a regular exam in at the end of 2017, (while very pregnant) I was told that I needed a root canal. As I sat in the room waiting I heard them recommend a root canal to just about everyone that came in which seemed super sketchy but I listened anyway.After getting my root canal (which took literally 4+ hours) my temporary cap popped off and they couldnt get me back in until over a week later so I went all of Christmas with nothing covering this tooth which made it very difficult to eat.After I got the cap put in it came off just a few hours later. I had to go back in again to get it fixed. After having the new cap on I started to notice problems eating on that side of my mouth. Any time I eat meat or anything that has alot of texture food is getting stuck in the space between these teeth and its incredibly painful for hours and even days sometimes. I have NEVER had this problem before. I went back in to Dr.Parker and after waiting almost 2 hours to be seen they did an x-ray and said nothing was wrong with the cap. They basically said I need to floss after every time I eat. I tried to explain to Dr Parker that this is from the cap because it isnt the right shape and the spacing is off. He was rude and essentially told met that I was wrong.I was supposed to get a regular cleaning after this but this apmt had already taken 2 hours and I was out of time and patience. They constantly go back and forth between the rooms. At one point I literally got up and went out and asked someone what I was waiting on because they would come in- do one small thing and leave for over 30 minutes. I have NEVER experienced this before at any medical or dental office.I STILL to this day have problems eating meat ONLY on that tooth. It was done poorly and incorrectly. The cap they put on is dull and rounded. The tooth previously was sharp- it clearly isnt a replica of what my tooth previously was and eating anything textured continues to be a problem. I would NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone. Im now having to get another dentist to fix the mistake that they made.Pro-tip- listen to what they tell other patients. If theyre recommending a root canal to literally everyone shouldnt that be a red flag?

I came in here to get a root canal in my uper right side molar, because thats what 2 other dentists have told me i needed done. Instead of doing the procedure I came in for, Dr. Parker told me that the pain i feel is not from the tooth tjat was hurting, but from my bottom right wisdom tooth that was decaying from the inside. I was skeptical at first because the pain was no where near the bottom widom tooth area. But i said ok your the expert. Amazing job at numbing your gums fyi. Today is the very next day. I feel no pain. I have no swelling. A full bottle of pain pills that will sit there untill i actually need them someday never. Thank you Dr. David Parker. P.S. they allowed my wife and I to leave and get lunch because we hadent eaten yet. I thought the appointment was over at first. I thought i had to make a new appointment but they kept the room open for me and i was able to just walk on back and take my seat. Great experience. :)

He is the worst person/dentist I have even seen in my life. Hes a complete jerk! He has no patients for his plus no respect for the parent. I gave his several chances to revive himself, this time it top the cake for me. I dont know is it African American kids or all however my two kids are terrified of him. They start crying even when he ask them to open their mouth. They also beg me not to bring them hes just the only dentist that will get you in ASAP that I know. My business is completely done with him. One of the assistance even agreed with me. The wait his insane as well.😡😡😡

This place does not value patients time. Had appt. at 330 and when I arrived the waiting room was so full there was no where to sit. It appeared as though they gave a dozen or more people an appt at the same time. After waiting an hour I over heard a woman next to me say she had been waiting for 3 hours. I seen people come and go while I was waiting. I was there for a routine checkup, nothing special. After an hour I asked approx how much longer and was told with a snotty look and tone, no idea. I Guess I am just used to more professional facilities. As for David, I can not say. Never seen him. Got tired of waiting and canceled appt.

I love this place! The staff are super friendly and Dr.Parker always takes good care of me and my family! The kids love him! Sometimes theres a little wait, but its totally worth the extra couple minutes for personable and professional service!

Had an apt at 12:00pm, got there at 11:30am, checked in, they take me back at 12:15, get in chair and other Nurse comes in saying they dont have me scheduled!!!!!! Tells me to Come back 3:45pm and theyll fit me in. Come back 3:45, cleaning done right away, put me in room for filling and let me wait 2 hours!!! 6:00pm, still here. Numbed up waiting 45 minutes. Worst experience ever! Had to take off work entire day when only expected 1/2 day off!!

Had taken my daughter to another dentist. They did crap work. Dr. Parker and dr. Mason jumped in and corrected all the work the other dentist had done, and finished up the work remaining. Absolutely the best experience with this office.

Dr. Parker was there for me when I needed him. I was referred by a friend and called them for an emergency appointment. His office saw me right away and did a great job! I appreciate this office very much.

Honestly if I can give this place a half star or less I definitely would. I went for a cleaning and ended up the same night with a cold sore on the left side lip where the dentist hung the spray she used for my mouth. Ive never received anything like this from any other dentist. And on top of the wait being so long there was no place to sit and very crowded. Never again

The staff is very rude , I tried to stay with the dentist bc he’s great but there Secretary is very confrontational and that makes the practice bad , my last visit I came in signed my name , sat waited an hour , I had an asthma attack , I went to the window, told her I couldn’t breathe and that I would be in my car , I went to my car to take my inhaler, I get a call from this secretary stating they are ready for me , then goes on to say I’m rude?! Wait what?! So I walk in and she’s yelling at me saying I’m rude? No lady your rude , she’s just rotten person and that can destroy a practice, on top of that I heard her on the phone talking to a person who has Medicare, she was super nasty to that patient saying I don’t know what you want , that it’s day to day and there’s nothing else she can do for them I was floored, she was loud and I could hear all this persons private medical information. I thought we’ll this is my last time here

The wait time is ridiculous in this office. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, I asked at the front desk and the receptionist could not tell me when I would be seen. She actually told me that having patients wait that long was normal. They offered no apologies and they seemed like they couldnt have cared less. A patients time is valuable too! I ended up walking out.

I called on 9/25 to make an apt for a sore wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled.after reading a lot of reviews on the internets, i decided to actually track the times of events at my visit to see how accurate they were.my last visit took a little longer than i wanted, but then again, i was a fit in so i wasnt demanding top vip priority like some of these other reviewsso, my visit went like this1:49 signed in for my 3:00 apt2:13 I was in a chair2:19 x-ray was done and the assistant was checking out the tooth3:00 Dr came in decided to pull toothxxxx - got some shots of Novocain4:00 tooth was out. he got the tooth out in literally 30 secondsi read reviews about the staff spending too much time socializing about their personal lifes to care about patients. this was NOT the case in my visit. there was an elderly couple in the room a few doors down where the man was getting a temp crown and she spent FOREVER in there making sure his temp crown was fitting correctly.they also spent a good amount of time with me explaining the dos and donts for a pulled tooth.this was my 2nd visit and so far, I plan on going back

If I could give zero stars I would. Doctor Parker did an extraction on tooth 19. He did not inform me that taking birth control pills could increase my risks of having a dry socket after the extraction, the higher your levels of estrogen, the higher your risks of dry socket, had I been aware I couldve stopped taking my birth control as I had JUST started a brand new pack the day prior, my estrogen levels being at their highest level. I had on my medical intake forms, disclosed that I was indeed taking birth control pills. He never once mentioned that could increase the risks of having a dry socket, which is part of Informed Consent which he failed to provide me, and his office regularly ignores Informed Consent laws. He also billed my insurance for a surgical extraction which surprise, is not covered under my insurance plan. He did not perform any surgical measures to extract my tooth. He used an elevation and forceps to remove it, I did not receive any form of anesthesia aside from simple Novacaine. He did not place even a single stitch, and tooth 19 is a molar, it was not impacted, it was completely grown in, he did not have to cut into my gums, he did not remove any portion of bone. His staff actually told me If the tooth is rooted in bone its immediately surgical I informed her that ALL teeth are rooted in bone. My insurance covers at 80% Extraction, erupted tooth or exposed root (elevation and/or forceps removal) which is exactly what I had done, furthermore that procedure is classified under Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in my insurance plan. Dr. Parker was very rough during the extraction, nearly dislocating my jaw multiple times as he was trying to rush to force the extraction. I have had multiple teeth extracted, never have I had a dry socket, and never have I been in more pain. I am no stranger to insurance billing and the ways in which providers can submit similar but uncovered coding in order to make more profit (via making patients pay out of pocket) than they would get paid through insurance plans. The dental field is rampant with overcharging, they are not regulated the same as the Medical field therefore they are allowed to set their prices as they please, not based on best practices, not based on informed consent, not based on full disclosure and certainly not in the best interests of their patients. I fully intend to dispute this claim through my insurance company, and will make everyone possible aware of what goes on in this office. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, Dr Parker who is required by law to provide any and all aftercare due to complications with his work refuses to see me after one visit, he told me well thats all I can do, go see an oral surgeon. Again, he is REQUIRED BY LAW to provide ALL care for any follow up appointments or complications that result regarding any care HE performs. Now, in the case of full disclosure (which is ethical and moral and also not present in this office) I do smoke. Smoking does increase the risk of developing a dry socket after a tooth extraction, however, it cannot be ruled as the single cause of a dry socket, especially when other risk factors are present (birth control use) as I listed above. He and his staff repeatedly told me it was my fault and they werent going to help, I was even hung up on after the cowardly Office Manager passed the phone off to another receptionist. This office is a poor excuse for any professional. Steer clear!

Completely unprofessional. Employees would rather sit around and gossip than address patients. Dentist heavily overbooks himself. Don’t expect to be out of here sooner than at least three hours, even for routine visits. This office is a joke, and this practice should be closed.

This Dentist and Staff are fantastic. Its worth any wait time. They are caring and understanding. George was awesome. Love love love Dr Parker.

Everytime I come to Dr. Parkers office Im completely satisfied with him and his staff. George, my hygienist, is very professional and personable. I recommend Dr. Parker to all my friends.

A family friend was just in this location and they mis treated based on skin color. Not for any other reason yet to make him sit because they are not wanting to help black people. He sat for 1.5 waiting to be seen the. Another 1 for then to do xrays when he said he needed to reschedule they refused. His 6 month old baby was with him and getting fussy. People should not be Mistreated based on skin color stop Treating people bad based on the color of the skin they have.

Omg best dentist I’ve been to. Dr. Parker is quick and amazing!! The staff is funny and super nice. I’d recommend to anyone to definitely come here!!!!

I’m giving one star due to it was only one good deed done my visit appointment moment was at 2 I got there at 150 sat in the lobby for 30 minuets before the last Angie even gave me a new patient packet then afterwards sat in the lobby 45 Mins when I got up to ask what’s the point of a appointment if u have to wait so long the lady Angie was so rude saying our doctor does services the same day some offices don’t even do that and took my chart to reschedule cause I was upset someone came and took the next chart cause she took mine they went before me which made me wait long net went to the back got numb and sat there literally a hour waiting for the dr I then fell asleep woke up it was 5:15 and still no one even started i then got up and ask for a full refund there’s no way to sit in a office 3 hours and nothing gets done that’s ridiculous. Then they only care about their usual they never greeted nor welcomed me but when leaving I noticed they were greeting that’s previous patients that’s sad 😢 I learned my lesson

They were very helpful in putting on my son crown .One of the ladys there really went out of her way to help.I would have to say it was an exact opposite of our last vist witch is great because we really like his dentist Dr Mason. We will be back for the rest if his work .

Friendly and knowledgeable staff always make me feel comfortable while I’m there. I think Dr. Parker is great and has done an outstanding job on my teeth.

They way over book and try to take care of too many patients. Complete disregard for anyone’s time. Have been a patient for a few years and it has got worse. If you don’t get in first thing in the morning or last appointment at night it takes up your whole day.

Since new dentist took over, staff is terrible! I have called 7-8 separate times to try to get an appointment and been placed on hold to be disconnected, hung up on, then sent strait to voicemail.. no matter how many times I call no one seems to want to book an appointment. Ridiculous.

The receptionists are completely clueless, my insurance specifically states that this dentist accepts my insurance ( Simply Healthcare ), When I called and asked them the receptionist said Well sometimes they do sometimes they dont without actually checking. Either you do or do not there is no maybe on wether or not you accept a certain insurance. Doesnt seem like they want any business.

I had a root canal and deep cleaning. It was a very good experience for me. I think they did a wonderful job and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dentist.

If you have absolutely nothing to do in an entire day to waste then I highly recommend using the dental office.. even trying to get someone on the phone in the office to discuss a minor problem with the second crown this dentist has placed on the same tooth is like pulling teeth. Seriously 1 tooth, 2 crowns and god knows how much money but here I am again. I’ll just find someone else who can get it right I guess.

I had cleaning done and a cavity fixed. Dr. Parker was gentle and made sure I was always comfortable. His staff was friendly.

The worst....unless you like sitting in an exam room and waiting....and waiting....and waiting. Happened to my son a few years ago. They overlooked him to the tune of two hours. Other visits werent as long, but alot of waiting. Fast food dentistry at its finest.....

They are rarely on time. Poor scheduling. The staff is not very professional. They talk, loudly, about all kinds of personal stuff that does not need to be shared publicly. Dr. Mason does a great job.

I love dr. parker. he has been here in Brandon for so many years, he was actually my dentist growing up! take great care of his patients and wont rip you off.

They waste my whole day in there.. when I got there I asked for my copay and they told me zero dollars!! then when it was time to get the work done someone else came in and gave me a fat bill so they lied to me and took like 5 hours out of my day! they could have just told me the truth now I lost a day of work and didnt get the work done

Brought 10 year old sister in she was screaming in pain, the ladies at the front desk was so rude, told me to bring my sister back at 2:30 I came back at 230 didnt get called back until 4! The whole time my sister was screaming in pain. We eventually finished at 6!. This place is horrible. I had to rate it. The staff is so unprofessional..

Long wait times and long hold times trying to schedule an appointment. Dr. Parker is great though. He does not try to over-dental and he is affordable.

Dr. Parkers practice has no regard for patients time. very rude and condescending when you bring up the matter. Ill never go there again nor will I recommend them to others.

The wait is ALWAYS well beyond reasonable and his office staff is as unprofessional as can be. One hygienist actually cleaned my daughters teeth WITHOUT a face mask on while gnawing on a snack. Rude rude rude.

I hate that I ALWAYS have to wait an hour to be seen and maybe another 15-20 minutes for an assistant to come and start the cleaning. Once cleaning is done which will literally take 15 minutes, I never feel I get a GOOD DEEP cleaning.

The staff some of them are very rude. Attitude problem. They think because they work there for years and years they oned the place..I dont have a problem with Dr Parker hes very nice and respectful person.

I didnt even want to give them one star but I had no option Google makes you give one star let me start off by saying this office is very very unprofessional if you want to be fed lies and misled this would be your place lets start with Angie at the front Desk customer service sucks her facial expression shell roll her eyes at you and shes very very nasty I made it clear to her two previous phone conversations on what I was coming in for for my children I drove almost 2 hours to this location to get the services done when I got there it was a whole nother story and all she could say was I was at fault I was at fault that shes an idiot and cant do her job so I asked for the office manager Donna shes just as rude she feels no one is in the wrong and had no intentions on trying to fix her employees mess up stay clear of this office and on top of it all the office is very dirty the girls at the desk should spend more time cleaning then running their mouths

I have been coming to this place for about 3 years now. Its actually a great place. Friendly people and usually not that busy. Be sure to talk to George. He is a really nice person who is dedicated at what he does.

That receptionist needs to be a tad more professional. She just went “hold” with the most loud and annoying song ever. Be a little more kind when putting people on hold for a good 20min. No wonder people are complaining about this place.

Staff is friendly but They schedule a lot of people without enough waiting room. Sometimes staff chat a lot while people is waiting. With the amount of patients, they should open Fridays & Saturdays too.

This place is a joke. My husband had work done on his teeth that is now giving him problems. Had to wait an hour just to be told wed have to give them even more money just to LOOK at it. They dont care about you just your money.

I had a crown placed here and it had problems i went back for them to check it out and they refused to look at it without payment. Im sorry but if any dentists does a crown that isnt right they should gladly look at it for free. All i asked was for them to look at it.

I finally switched but had to call to get records 20+ minutes on hold and not once checked in or anything and no apology. Called back and all I got sent was two lousy x-rays Really? Completely unprofessional and a horrible office staff do not waste your time office visit was over 2hrs just for a cleaning

Both times Ive had appointments first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. There was a line outside of people waiting for the door to open and they were already behind schedule. Every staff member Ive spoken to has been rude.

Called ahead 2 weeks before my appointment to see if I could change my appointment from the morning to the afternoon , they told me in a unprofessional way NO ! and told me if I want to reschedule my appointment , that the next available time would be for March 18 , then the receptionist hung up the phone on me , I would never go there again neither my friends and family .

Bad experience. I went in using my Medicare insurance. I was supposed to get X-rays and cleaning. I got the X-rays but instead of a cleaning I got a $1800.00 estimate.

Every time I go I have to wait.I have waited up to one hour and that was just for cleaning. The receptionist is rude crude and simply ignores you. One time I was late they gave my appt away.

Just left from there very rude Denist they had me waiting for 2hrs and did nothing for me lady in front tried giving estimates getting me to sign papers so they could charge insurance yeah they thought I wouldn’t trust those people with my dog what happen to David he was the only thing good to that place
